Business Disputes

Business disputes take many forms and can involve substantial amounts of money.  Breaches of contract, breaches of warranties, claims of unfair competition and alleged theft of trade secrets are but a few of the types of cases that Attorney O'Leary had handled for clients.  Cases along these lines typically go to either Superior or Federal Court and having an experienced, well-respected lawyer advising you is important.
