Legal Advice You Can Trust
Divorce, Family Law and Estate Litigation
Legal disputes involving families are often highly upsetting and involve significant financial effects. Many aspects of divorce, child custody and child support are governed by statute in Massachusetts but can be subject to exceptions. Each person's situation is also unique. Attorney O'Leary is experienced in divorce, paternity, and estate litigation and represents her clients diligently. She also has experience in situations involving parties with mental health or substance abuse issues. You owe it to yourself to get knowledgeable legal advice as early in a family dispute as possible.
Business disputes take many forms and can involve substantial amounts of money. Breaches of contract, breaches of warranties, claims of unfair competition and alleged theft of trade secrets are but a few of the types of cases that Attorney O'Leary had handled for clients. Cases along these lines typically go to either Superior or Federal Court and having an experienced, well-respected lawyer advising you is important.
